    Voice Support Engineer (SIP & VoIP) An award-winning Microsoft Partner is looking for a Voice Support Engineer (VOIP & SIP ) to join their growing team and work on leading-edge Voice and Microsoft support calls.

    As a Voice Support Engineer (VOIP, SIP ) you will have previous support experience with the following:
    • SIP - call flows, headers etc
    • VOIP technology such as Teams / Zoom / Cisco
    • Broader infrastructure skills around DNS and M365 ideally
    Voice Support Engineer (VOIP, SIP ): Huge amounts of training & certification in Microsoft Teams!

    As a Voice Support Engineer (SIP & VoIP) you will be based from home in the UK working with external customers of up to 10,000 seats+ to support Voice-related solutions including SIP, SBCs and Microsoft Teams / Zoom / Cisco. You will be joining a team of support Engineers as a L3 Support Engineer, and will be acting as a point of escalation for L1 & L2. This will involve dealing with external customers, so excellent communication skills are important to the role. There is a shift patter of 08:00-16:30 / 09:00 -17:30, and you will be on call 1 week in 6 (£100 p/d on call allowance + O/T)

    There is tons of flexibility to this role, and we are looking for people who are keen to learn a huge amount.

    A leading Microsoft Partner is looking for a 3rd Line Support Engineer (Defender for Endpoint, Defender for O365 & M365) to join their busy reactive support team.

    As a 3rd Line Support Engineer (Defender for Endpoint, Defender for O365 & M365) you need to have supported at 3rd Line the following:
    • M365 - Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive etc...
    • Defender for Endpoint - configured and supported
    • Defender for O365 - configured and supported
    • Previous MSP / Partner experience preferred.
    As a 3rd Line Support Engineer (Defender for Endpoint, Defender for O365 & M365) you will be based from home supporting external customers, acting as a point of escalation for the 1st/2nd Line support teams. In this role, you are the final point of escalation: if you can't fix it you will escalate to Microsoft and then manage the query with them and the customer. You will be supporting issues on Defender for Endpoint, Defender for O365 & M365.
