    We are in the market for a Solutions Architect with a strong background in Dynamics CE and Power Platform to join a leading business in this space. Three month contract OUTSIDE IR35
     
    The role requires a Solutions Architect to design and deliver on customer projects, comprising of Dynamics CE and Power Platform solutions ranging in project size and complexity. You will lead the design and development on a number of engagements and implementing solution architectures for customers.
     
    Role requirements
    • Proficient in configuring, customising and implementing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
    • Skilled in Dynamics 365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Marketing.
    • Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
    • Ability to integrate Power Platform tools with Dynamics 365.
    • Strong knowledge of data integration, migrations, APIs and microservices architecture.
    • Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
    • Strong documentation skills – FDD, HLD, ERD etc.

    Azure Team Leader – Azure / Microsoft – Hybrid Working

    An Azure Team Leader – (Azure / Microsoft) is required by a leading Microsoft Partner in the UK. 

    This role is a hybrid opportunity available for an Azure Team Leader to join an expanding team based in the High Wycombe area.
    You will need to have experience of; 
    •  A background in IT support or consultancy, ideally with experience working with external customers. 
    •  Proven experience in mentoring and leadership, with prior experience in a Team Lead or Senior role where guiding and mentoring team members was key. 
    •  Strong technical expertise in cloud-based technologies, especially Microsoft Azure. 
    •  Be familiar with Azure landing zones, networking, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD). 
    •  Knowledge of Azure DevOps and other cloud-based solutions along with being hands-on and technical, with the ability to provide guidance and escalate issues as needed.

    As an Azure Team Leader – (Azure / Microsoft) you will 
    •  oversee a team of 4 to 8 individuals, ensuring all tickets are managed and SLAs are met. Provide mentorship to junior team members and supporting professional growth within the team. 
    •  Handle escalations from both service and technical perspectives, acting as a point of contact for both customers and vendors.
    •  Collaborate closely with team members to resolve technical issues, especially for escalated cases.
    •  Participate in an on-call rotation (to be confirmed), with an allowance for on-call responsibilities.
