    What You’ll Need to Succeed:
    • Pre-sales experience with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

    A 3rd Line Support Engineer (Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server) is needed by a growing cloud-first MSP. This is a fully remote role offering hands-on project work, Training in Microsoft cloud security, and real career progression.
    This is for a 3rd Line Support Engineer who can handle both BAU and project delivery. You’ll support clients across Microsoft 365, Azure, and legacy infrastructure while getting stuck into 3–4 week cloud security projects.

    You must have:

    • Strong Microsoft 365 experience – Teams, SharePoint, User Groups
    • Good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange
    • Some Azure experience – support or light project delivery
    • Solid background in both support and Microsoft project work
    • Mid-level 3rd Line Support Engineer experience – not too junior or senior

    This is a chance for a 3rd Line Support Engineer to grow technically. You’ll work across Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud security with clear development paths into presales, projects, or product roles.

    You must have:

    • Strong experience across multiple Azure environments with different client needs
    • Hands-on skills building and configuring Azure with IaC, Bicep or Terraform
    • Solid knowledge of Azure tech: Landing Zones, Guardrails, Policies, Event Grid, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Hybrid Networking
    • Experience delivering both IaaS and PaaS solutions
    • AZ-104 certification is essential; SC-900 is a bonus

The team is small (6–7 engineers), tight-knit, and seriously into tech.
