    Overview
    We’re looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer to support the delivery of modern workplace projects across a wide range of clients. The role focuses on the design, configuration, and rollout of Microsoft 365 services, with a strong emphasis on security, automation, and best-practice implementation.
     
    What You’ll Do
    • Work with stakeholders to understand objectives and shape effective Microsoft 365 solutions.
    • Deploy and optimise Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Teams Phone, and Entra ID environments.
    • Configure and oversee security, compliance, Conditional Access, and identity controls across M365.
    • Create and maintain clear documentation for architectures, processes, and deployments.
    • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and strong client outcomes.
    • Keep up to date with emerging Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies to support continuous improvement.
     
    What You’ll Bring
    • Hands-on experience in a Microsoft 365 engineering or administration role.
    • Strong understanding of M365 management portals and cloud governance.
    • PowerShell skills for automation and environment management.
    • Familiarity with Intune, Conditional Access, Azure AD, and M365 security features.

    Microsoft 365 Engineer – Migrations (Microsoft 365, Tenant-to-Tenant, Intune, Entra ID) is required by a growing Microsoft Partner delivering high-impact Microsoft 365 and Azure projects across the UK. This is a hands-on role for someone confident leading complex tenant-to-tenant migrations and providing 3rd line support across the Microsoft cloud stack.


    You’ll need to bring:
    • Solid track record delivering Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations
    • Project implementation across the full M365 stack
    • Deep knowledge of Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Intune, and Entra ID
    • Bonus: exposure to Teams Voice, Purview, Azure, Sentinel, or Defender
