    3rd Line Support Engineer (Windows Server, M365, 3rd Line Support) – Progress into project work over the first 12–18 months!

    A 3rd Line Support Engineer is required by a growing tech solutions company based near Solihull, offering a clear career path into project delivery and consultancy roles.
     
    This is an ideal role for a Support Engineer looking to move beyond BAU support and step into a broader position with exposure to Microsoft 365, project work, and client-facing consultancy. You'll be joining a stable, close-knit infrastructure team with a strong focus on internal development.
     
    Essential Experience:
    • Proven 3rd Line Support experience
    • Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Microsoft 365 / M365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange)
    • Basic understanding of SQL Server
    • ERP experience (desirable)
     
    You'll operate as the 3rd Line escalation point, resolving complex support issues across Windows Server, M365, networking, and firewalls. The position is hybrid, with 2–3 days in the Solihull office per week, and occasional client site visits (1–2 days/month, rare overnight stays).

    An Azure Cloud Engineer (Azure, Azure Infrastructure, Azure Front Door, Azure Networking) is needed to manage a critical Azure-hosted platform used by 1,200+ users. You’ll be responsible for optimising performance, cost, and reliability across a large-scale Azure environment.

    As an Azure Cloud Engineer you must have:
    • Experience managing Azure Infrastructure
    • Hands-on with Azure Networking – Azure Front Door, firewalls, APIs
    • Azure backups and performance tuning
    • Confident monitoring and optimising Azure environments
    • Focused on service resilience and improving Azure Infrastructure

  • ITSM Implementation Engineer

    ITSM Implementation Engineer (ITSM, ITIL) – Get training and certification in ITIL and ITSM products! Remote role - work from home in the UK!

    An ITSM Implementation Engineer (ITSM, ITIL is required by a fast-growing IT consultancy delivering high-demand ITSM solutions to UK clients.

    You’ll need:
    • Experience deploying ITSM platforms (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, Freshservice)
    • Hands-on skills in configuration, deployment, and implementation
    • Client-facing experience – ideally in an MSP or consultancy
    • Confident leading scoping and delivery sessions
    • ITIL Foundation certification

    Full training provided – Get certified in advanced ITIL at the company’s expense. You’ll be backed to become the go-to expert for all things ITSM.

    The role:
